AMC-Annual Maintenance Contract has been made to check, inspect and resolve the issues related to sophisticated equipment’s in different laboratories and supporting services.
As part of preventive maintenance, annual maintenance contracts have been made for major sophisticated instruments. Regular servicing through AMC helps to identify and rectify problems at the earliest so that necessary curative actions can be taken.
Also maintenance contract have been made for solid waste management, housekeeping, cleaning and mopping, pest control, disposal of biomedical waste product, firefighting system, water coolers, air conditioning systems, water tank cleaning, water purifiers-aqua guards, lifts, security, internet, computers and printers, photocopiers, major sophisticated equipment’s, etc. All the Fire extinguishers are subjected to annual audit and refilled as per needs. For maintenance of clean, healthy and hygienic campus, the college has outsourced the housekeeping and pest control services from specialized expert firms. College handovers the scrap, plastic waste and E-waste to appropriate agency for recycling or proper disposal as per the norms.
