“SYNAPSE” Competition for B.Pharm and M.Pharm students

Objective of the “SYNAPSE” Competition:

To inculcate research culture among students.
To encourage original and novel thinking.
To provide an opportunity for expression of academic talent.
To promote interaction among academia, R & D Institutes and Industries

Details of the Event Organization:

Our college has initiated a State Level Research competition “SYNAPSE” since last few years. In 2024, we decide to take our event to the next level and we organized National Level SYNAPSE Competition, Abstracts were invited from Pharmacy College on a National level basis and they were screened by the scientific committee of the college. Selected participants were informed through mail and they were invited for presenting their work. Judges from Industry and Research Institutes were invited to evaluate the work and winners were declared at the end of the day. Prizes Money was transferred through NEFT to all the winners.

Ltd., Pune, Ms. Ashwini Sathaye, a Pharma comsultant.	AISSMS College of Pharmacy, Pune bagged first and second prize from UG category. The best oral presentation with first prize and second prize from PG category was won by Vivekananda Education Society’s College of Pharmacy, Chembur, Mumbai and Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Pimpri, Pune, respectively.

Harsha Satyapal and Poonam Dhaigude from SKB College of Pharmacy, Nagpur were declared winners. Art Bokade and Balu Pulekar from Bhrati Vidyapeeth’s College of Pharmacy,Navi Mumbai were 1^st Runners up and Shaivanand Korade and Rutuja khode ,Amrutwahini College of Pharmacy, Sangamner were 2^nd Runners up from the PG category. Pooja Jeswani and Team from Dyanvilas College of Pharmacy,Dudulgaon,Pune were declared winners and Yashoda Dahale and group from Sinhgad Institute of Pharmacy,Narhe,Pune and Aditya Karle and group from Amrutwahini College of Pharmacy, Sangamner were declared 1^st and 2^nd Runners up respectively from the from the UG category.
