“ All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.”

-Buddha

Mind and body, aah.. these words so simple, yet so intricate to define totally. Is there a connection between our mind and body? Sure.. yeah! The way we think affects the way we feel and vice versa. Our minds and bodies are connected and it is up to us to be aware of this connection for better or worse.

A prominent example of this mi-bo relationship is how stress affects our bodies. Have you ever noticed? When you are stressed or tensed somehow you feel that in your

muscles, head and stomach. Read further to dive deeper into this very interesting and buzzing topic.

What is the mind?

Very silly question right? Yet..we all might have many opinions about it. A part of the brain?

A part of the heart? A part of the body? Umm..confusing!! Let me explain a bit about what the mind actually is.

In living beings, the mind is the part that creates thoughts. We all have a

  • Conscious mind
  • Subconscious

The conscious mind has all the control over the sensory parts of hearing, touching, tasting, smelling, seeing. Thus making all the conscious physical actions as we receive signals from these sensory sources.

In contrast, the subconscious mind is the place where all the internal bodily processes, our habits, our imaginations and the connection to the divine power within us occurs.

So, we can say our subconscious is the part where the mind belongs. All the data we gather right from our birth through our senses is stored in the subconscious mind. So it is very important to change the patterns and programs that we have by-default.

installed in our minds, to help achieve a better connection with the power within. Thus,  it helps us get a better healthy lifestyle and achieve a state of wellbeing! After all, that’s what everyone wants in life!

Let us condition, pamper and reprogram our subconsciousness a bit. No harm in trying!! Here are a few methods we suggest to help achieve betterness in lifestyle and wellness.

  1. Healthy morning routines: Start your day on the right foot by doing journaling, yoga, meditation and other mindful activities.
  2. Planning of day: A sports match in absence of a game plan is just blundering on the field.
  3. Meditation techniques: Because the mind rejoices in stillness.
  4. Exercising: Because the body rejoices with
  5. Proper diet: You are what you eat.
  6. Positive affirmations: Affirmations motivate you to initiate and act.
  7. Positive thought process: Start by overcoming negative self-talk with more positive ones.
  8. Have some hobbies: take a break from your daily stresses and carve out some time for what you love.

Thus we can say, a healthy body is a result of a healthy mind. “We become what we think” is very precisely quoted. By following some positive and healthy practices, it can help break the routine thoughts of negativity and depression. The way we start our day is the most important part of building new habits. It is said, “ Well begun is half done!” So that’s the crucial and significant part To start. It might sound difficult but not impossible to achieve a healthy relationship between our mind-body-soul.

And that being said, now be easy on yourself, be a morning person, meditate and

manifest, hack your happiness, be a boss of your mind and come away stronger. So when things seem to be bleak at the moment, you will have something within you to tackle that. These things may seem small but they create a big difference.
