The third National Current Good Manufacturing Practice cGMP Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm to create awareness about the significance of cGMP among pharmacy students by AISSMS College of Pharmacy, Pune on October 10, 2025. The event aimed to bridge academic learning with real world pharmaceutical practices, encouraging compliance with global standards. The program began with an introduction to the objective of the celebration by Dr. M. C. Damle who highlighted the importance of cGMP in ensuring product quality and safety in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of the celebration, Mr. Ajay Rautela gave the pledge of Pharmaceutical Sciences Students’ Pledge of Professional Conduct, administered as per the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA) guidelines which reaffirmed their commitment to uphold ethical standards, professional integrity, and quality consciousness in their future professional endeavors. Postgraduate students interacted with B. Pharm students and expressed their views on the relevance and application of cGMP in today’s industry. Participated students expressed their happiness and shared positive feedback about the activity, acknowledging that it enhanced their understanding of cGMP and its industrial importance. The Entire program was Co-ordinated by faculty members of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Department under the Guidance of Principal Dr. Ashwini Madgulkar.
