AISSMS College of Pharmacy was established in 1996 with Quality education, Professional ethics, Research culture, Holistic development, Excellence, Social outreach and Continuous improvement as its core values. It is a affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and Government of Maharashtra. The college is also recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(F) & 12 (B). The college currently offers four years Bachelor Degree Course (B. Pharmacy) and two years Post Graduate Course (M. Pharmacy) in four specializations viz. Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance Techniques, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacology. It is also recognized as Ph. D. Research Centre by Savitribai Phule Pune University for two specialization subjects namely pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

(1) Candidate should be an Indian National and passed HSC or it's equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of Mathematics or Biology and obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of Reserved category or Physically disabled candidates) in the above subjects taken together.
(2) Should have obtained non zero score in MHT-CET/ non zero positive score in NEET
Eligibility criteria (M. Pharmacy)
Candidate should have passed B. Pharmacy examination from any AICTE or PCI or State Government approved Institution with at least 55% marks (at least 50% marks in case of Reserved category candidates and should have obtained score in GPAT examination conducted by All India Council for Technical Education.
