Mr Nilesh Mirajkar
Alumnus - AISSMS College of Pharmacy.
A student of the very first batch, Mr Nilesh Mirajkar started his journey in Pharmacy in the year 1996 with AISSMS College of Pharmacy. Being a proactive student he thoroughly gained all the knowledge through all the aspects possible. With theoretical, practical and other extracurricular activities, he developed not only as a student but as a professional ready to take on the world. The exposure & support provided by the college faculty added to the development of his soft skills, public speaking, presentation skills, general knowledge & every other thing that is demanded by the industry.
These all learnings together helped him crack the very first campus interview & start his professional career as a Medical Representative in Cipla. Considering his extraordinary performance he got a permanent position at the organisation just within 6 months of his start. Not only this, he was also promoted as a Manager within 15 months of joining the company.

His interest & curiosity about the scientific promotion of the products was recognised by his mentor then, who gave him exposure to conduct training sessions for his colleagues & freshers allowing him to enter the team of Product Management.
His dream journey was then started but not as easy as it seemed. After slogging for hours, travelling too extensively & not bothering about holidays, sometimes winning & sometimes failing, he still kept his perseverance.
His thirst towards learning made him complete a certificate course in Business Analysis after which he became a certified practitioner of Emotional Intelligence and completed certification in conducting ISO Audits too.
Ambition to reach the desired heights was his only goal for which he kept going ahead with never looking back. His flight to success landed him at Serum Institute of India Pvt.Ltd, where he currently works as a Project Manager in R&D. He is one of those fortunate warriors to be working with such a great organisation & contributing to the COVID-19 projects.
From Sales to Assistant Training Manager to Product Manager to Marketing Head to Strategic Business Head to a Project Manager, he has worked in various capacities and come a long way. He urges all who have the same passion towards anything to just pursue their dreams and explore till you get the happiness and satisfaction in whatever you are doing. He defines success as the accomplishment of the goals set with integrity.
